The ultimate purpose of the apprenticeship is to seek and develop eventual Wayfinder staff.

It also aids in our own development while aiding the development of others.

What is required and exchanged:

  • Studying the Wayfinder Archery training documents and videos.

  • 5+ events to be worked as a Wayfinder volunteer to see if we are a good match.

If after any of the events, we no longer feel like working together, we end the apprenticeship.

  • At the end of each event, you receive a private lesson.

  • If you are interested in inner terrain coaching, this will be included in your private lesson.

  • After your 2nd event you will be loaned equipment to use until the apprenticeship ends.

  • When spa passes or skill share classes are offered during the events worked at, these will be offered to you complimentary.

  1. For starters, participation at a Wayfinder Archery event as a student is mandatory.

  2. Fill out the application form.

  3. If considered, we will share a zoom, facetime, or google meets call.
